Three days in the making with cultured Lancashire butter. It shatters when you bite it and leaves flakes everywhere, as it should.
Dense, moist and deeply savoury. Dark rye packed with toasted sunflower, pumpkin and linseed. Slice it thin and it keeps all week.
Soft, buttery dough rolled with freshly ground cardamom and orange zest, then finished with a sticky glaze and pearl sugar.
